At Carpet Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring choice, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized rugs and unopened rolls. Please note that custom-cut carpets and bespoke installations are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the carpet is clean and rolled tightly in its original protective plastic packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier to collect the heavy flooring from your doorstep at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
